There are diverse causes, triggers, and phenotypes.  The Mineral-Cream-Blend E is particularly suited to nurture dry, sensitive skin in case of eczema. Apart from the selected minerals, almond oil nurtures the skin, castor oil has an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
